Deposit & Payment Deadlines
We strongly recommend making your deposit as soon as possible. Deposits must be made no later than May 7, 2025 (90 days from the contract date of February 7, 2025).
All payments must be completed at least 30 days before the first day of your booking.

Transportation
Wedding Day Transportation – November 29, 2025
Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception, as well as to the boat dock on the day of the wedding. More details around meeting spot and time will be shared with RSVP'd guests closer to the wedding.

What: Shuttle service provided on the wedding day

When: November 29, 2025 ONLY(please see FAQs for more information on transportation for days outside of the wedding)
For Guests Staying at Other Resorts
If you are staying at a different resort and wish to use the shuttle service, you must arrive at Windjammer Landing no later than 11:30 AM AST on November 29, 2025.
RSVP’d guests are welcome to arrange their own transportation to the venues if preferred.
